About Us

At The Bristol Foundation, we CARE to improve the quality and availability of hospice services:

• Communicate the hospice care benefit and need for hospice care at the end of life
• Assist those who are in need of hospice care, but may not be able to afford it
• Reach out, promote and enhance the availability of hospice care
• Educate hospice workers and the general public on the importance of hospice care

Mission

The Bristol Foundation’s mission is to advance the cause of hospice care for the terminally ill through education, engaging activities and financial assistance.
